Father's Day

We recently celebrated a very special day at Hawksbury... Father's Day! It was a day to honour and reflect on the special place Dads, Granddads, and father figures hold in our lives, as well as to acknowledge those of us who may have fathers no longer with us.

Shane was eager to be prepared for Father's Day. He was determined to have his gift arrive on time for his dad, who lives out of town. With staff member Akhil, he shopped, wrapped and posted it with great enthusiasm, along with a lovely card. We can't wait to hear how his dad liked the gift.

Staff member Tracey had prepared a wonderful and creative activity to invite Ranginui Drive residents to participate in. They were up early and keen to get crafting on Sunday! Some fantastic creations and memories were made on the special day. Kim is a proud and thrilled recipient of a lovely handmade key holder.
