   WELCOME TO ROCHFORD PLACE

Rochford Place is a quiet little cul-de-sac in the suburb of Bryndwr.

No 11 was puchased by the Community Housing for Hawksbury Trust in 1997.

This very spacious two story, 10 bedroom home with three living areas and a large kitchen/dining room was built in 1974.  We have a secluded outdoor area surrounded by mature trees which the 10 of us take full advantage of, eating most of our meals outside in the summer, or just using it to relax.

We are 10 minutes walk away from Fendalton Village - our local shops- which we patronise regularly.

We have 4 females and 6 males ranging in age from 36 years through to 60 years.

Residents are supported to lead satisfying lifestyles.

They are encouraged to be involved in the day to day running of the household and to pursue their talents and interests.

Many are enthusiastic members of sports, cultural and recreation groups.
