At Pages Road we currently have two homes. One of these is a three bedroom home that supports three gentlemen. This home has been operating since October 2002 and has been able to support people with higher needs. We offer a higher level of 1:1 staffing in a smaller environment. The men are enjoying having a greater variety of opportunities and the enjoyment this provides for them.

This is the lounge in the main house at Pages Road. Many social activites happen here, from parties to Karaoke, videos on winters days and crafts for those that are craft minded. It is a large spacious area and everybody enjoys congregating after work over a cuppa for a chat and some down time.

Early in 2004 we will be developing this area into a supported living flat. Four people will live here with staffing to help them develop their independence. They currently bus to work and are able to access alot of community activites on there own. We hope to be able to further support these people in achieving greater independence in their day to day lives.

The flat is a high needs home in which three people live together. They each have a home day weekly in which they enjoy 1:1 with staff support for the whole day.  They  go to day programmes for the rest of the week and when at home enjoy music and relaxation.  They have varying interests from walking, listening to music, plane spotting, following the news and swimming.

One of the residents is saving for a trip to the Gold Coast next year.  Our aim is to help the resident to acheive their goals and to continue to provide support to them with their day-to-day lives.
